By accessing cornerbarr.com or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or place an order.

2. About Corner Barr

Corner Barr, LLC is an Oregon limited liability company with a principal address of 211 N Front St, Central Point, OR 97502, operating cornerbarr.com and selling handmade cutting boards, candles, soaps, holiday items, resin crafts, jewelry, and personalized gifts.

3. Accounts

You may browse and purchase from Corner Barr as a guest, or create an account for faster checkout and access to order history and wishlist features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us promptly at Ashley@cornerbarr.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

4. Products, Descriptions, and Handmade Variation

We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph our products. However, because our products are handmade from natural materials such as wood, minor variations in grain, color, texture, and finish between the photo and the item you receive are normal and expected, and are not considered defects.

Product availability is limited to current stock, and we reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue a product at any time. If an item becomes unavailable after you've completed payment, we will automatically refund that payment in full.

5. Custom and Personalized Orders

For products that include engraving or personalization, you are responsible for reviewing and confirming the accuracy of any text, names, or instructions you submit before completing your order. We are not responsible for errors in personalization that were entered incorrectly at the time of order.

For fully custom, made-from-scratch orders where you provide your own design or file, please allow approximately two weeks for production before your order ships. See our Refund Policy for how this affects returns.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice; the price shown at the time you complete checkout is the price you will be charged. All payments are processed securely through PayPal. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or error in pricing, in which case any payment already made will be refunded in full.

7. Shipping

We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the item and destination. Fully custom, made-from-scratch orders ship within approximately two weeks of your order. All other orders ship within 30 days of your order, unless a different timeframe is noted on the product page. Once your order ships, we will provide you with a tracking number and a link to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased from Corner Barr pass to you upon delivery of the item to you.

8. Returns and Refunds

Our full return and refund terms are set out in our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Reviews and User Content

If you submit a review, rating, or photo, you grant Corner Barr a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide right to display that content on our website in connection with the relevant product. You confirm that you own or have the right to share any photo you upload, and that your review is your own honest opinion.

We reserve the right to remove any review or content that is fraudulent, abusive, unrelated to the product, or otherwise violates these Terms.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on cornerbarr.com, including product photos, designs, text, and branding, is the property of Corner Barr, LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written permission.

You agree not to use cornerbarr.com to engage in any unlawful activity, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with the site's operation, or submit false or fraudulent orders, reviews, or information.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except as expressly stated in these Terms or our Refund Policy, products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by Oregon law, we disclaim all other warranties, whether express or implied, regarding our products and website.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Oregon law, Corner Barr's total liability to you for any claim arising from your purchase or use of our website will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Corner Barr will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of cornerbarr.com will be subject to the jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Oregon.
